At Alfresco Elements, we want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order. Our products range from small accessories that ship quickly to large, made-to-order BBQ islands and fire features that require freight delivery. This policy explains how shipping works for each type of order.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.


  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders to the Lower 48 states. There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


  1. Order Processing and Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Not all products are stocked and ready to ship — many are made-to-order, built specifically to your selected size, color, fuel type, or configuration.

Small accessories and in-stock items (such as pans, burners, fire media, and covers) typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order products (such as BBQ islands, fire pits with electronic ignition, and custom-configured fire features) may require 1–2 weeks before they are ready to ship. Once your order is placed, we will confirm the estimated lead time directly with the manufacturer and communicate it to you.

Important: Once a made-to-order product has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


  1. Shipping Methods

Small and lightweight items ship via standard parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

Large and heavy items — including fire pits, BBQ islands, outdoor kitchens, and similar products — ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. Freight shipments are delivered curbside. This means the carrier will deliver to the curb or end of your driveway. Carriers do not bring items inside, up stairs, or to a specific location on your property.

Large items such as BBQ islands and outdoor kitchens are shipped in crates and will be delivered to your curb. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final location. We recommend arranging assistance in advance, as these items can be very heavy.

The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment before your shipment arrives. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout. If you need assistance coordinating your delivery, contact us and we will help — please note that we are based in Florida and cannot be physically present at your delivery.


  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by product, manufacturer, and your location.

Small parcel items: typically 5–7 business days after shipment.

Freight items: typically 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Your confirmed lead time and estimated ship date will be communicated to you after your order is placed.


  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment.

  1. Freight Delivery — What to Expect

Freight shipments require your attention at the time of delivery. Please follow these steps:

Before signing: Inspect the packaging carefully for any visible damage before the driver leaves.

If damage is severe: Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at [email protected] or 1-727-334-0636.

If you accept delivery: Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not sign a clean receipt for a damaged shipment.

After delivery: Photograph all packaging and product immediately upon opening.

Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery to [email protected] or 1-727-334-0636. We must report damage to the manufacturer within their required window, so prompt reporting is essential. Damage or missing items reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


  1. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
